Jesus told this parable: ‘A man had a fig tree planted in his vineyard; and he came looking for fruit on it and found none.So he said to the gardener, “See here! For three years I have come looking for fruit on this fig tree, and still I find none. Cut it down! Why should it be wasting the soil?”He replied, “Sir, let it alone for one more year, until I dig round it and put manure on it.If it bears fruit next year, well and good; but if not, you can cut it down.”’ Luke 13: 6-9

God chose the poor in the world to be rich in faith and to be heirs of the kingdom that he has promised to those who love him. Money: for the relief of poverty and a root of evil

We are called to live well in both the good times and the bad. God constantly invites us not to focus on our circumstances, which change like the weather, but to look to him, who remains consistent in his love and grace towards us.

Praise God Who sees everything - Praise God Who knows everything Praise God Who patiently guides and helps us every day. Amen

Come and receive that which is beyond words, that which is beyond price,
that which will never let you down. Come and receive the love of God,
Father, Son and Holy Spirit. Come. Amen.
